Rich McGrann, Owner

Rich was a loyal customer of the Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys and was so impressed with them, he and his wife Krissy decided to open their own Gutter Monkey location in Western Massachusetts.
Rich has over three decades of executive experience in logistics, distribution, and the in-home service arena. Rich and Krissy have three beautiful daughters, four precious grandchildren and a St. Bernard named Gronk. Rich is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, a lifelong musician, playing drums and percussion on multiple albums and venues from NYC to Boston to Cape Cod.

Kristen (Krissy) McGrann, Office Mgr and Human Resources

Krissy has over three decades of human resource management, staff accounting and team development. Krissy earned a degree in human resource management from Curry College in Plymouth Mass. and has served on corporate executive teams throughout her extensive career. Krissy loves reading, baking, and spending time with her daughters and grandchildren.

Dave Holmes, Sr Gutter Technician

Dave Holmes (aka; Ace Holmes–Gutter Watch Copter pilot) has over 18 years of extensive residential / commercial framing and finished carpentry work.  He has framed over 500 homes over the course of his career. His attention to detail is exceptional and his experience in all areas of carpentry and construction gives us the flexibility and know-how to tackle challenging installations; fascia, rake trim, etc…   

Mike Holmes, Gutter Technician

Mike Holmes has a wide array of knowledge and expertise in many different areas. Mike has built homes from start to finish, managed a team of gutter installers, installed septic systems, remodeled homes and retains his heavy equipment license. His skill set is exceptional. Mike hails out of Westfield where he lives with his girlfriend Dawn and his beautiful daughter Ella Rose.
